Job Description
Hiring: HR Executive (Statutory Compliance)
Location: Ahmedabad HO ( Prahlad Nagar )
Industry: Engineering / Project-Based Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle labour law & statutory compliance for multiple project sites
- Manage CLRA, EPF, ESIC, PT, BOCW, Labour Welfare Fund & other applicable compliances
- Coordinate Labour Licence, Registration, Renewals & Returns
- Maintain statutory registers, records and compliance documentation
- Monitor contractor compliance and required documentation
- Conduct regular compliance audits at project sites
- Visit project locations across Gujarat & MP as required ( If Required )
- Support inspections, notices and statutory queries
Education: Any Graduate Or MLW / MSW / MBA HR Or Related
Experience: 2–5 years’ experience in Labour Law / Statutory Compliance
*Salary*: Upto 40K ( CTC )
Note : Must be comfortable travelling to project sites ( Whenever required )
