HR Generalist

Experience: 0–2 yrs (Freshers welcome) | Location: S.G. Highway, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 

Role: Support and help run the People & Culture (HR) function across the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, records, engagement, and compliance. A hands-on generalist role with real ownership and room to grow as the function scales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end recruitment — source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support offer and joining formalities.
• Run smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners, including documentation and orientation. Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, and attendance / leave data.
• Compile and verify inputs for payroll and maintain basic HR MIS and reports.
• Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving) and help maintain policies and the employee handbook.
• Coordinate employee-engagement activities, internal events, and communications.
• Support performance-review cycles, exit formalities, and HR compliance and statutory records. Be a first point of contact for employee queries, handling all information with discretion and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• MBA / PGDM in HR, BBA, or any graduate with a clear interest in Human Resources. 0–2 years of experience — freshers with HR internships or relevant coursework are encouraged to apply.

SKILLS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability and discretion with confidential information. Good MS Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Organised, proactive, people-first attitude.
