Job Description
Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using professional networks like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Screening: Review incoming resumes, application forms, and portfolios to shortlist qualified applicants.
Interviewing: Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Offers: Handle job offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
