• 🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• 📋 Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• 📢 Publish job ads on various hiring platforms and social media.
• 📞 Conduct telephonic/virtual/face-to-face interviews to assess candidates.
• 🤝 Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.
• 📊 Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
• 🤝 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• 📁 Prepare and manage offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
• 🔄 Manage internal referrals and external agency coordination (if applicable).
• ✅ Desired Candidate Profile:
• 👩‍🎓 Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 🧠 Good understanding of hiring tools, job portals & social media recruitment
• 🔍 Strong screening and evaluation abilities
• 🕵️‍♂️ Organized and target-oriented personality
• 💼 Prior experience in IT or Software recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
