Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job groups, references, networking & other unpaid/organic channels
• Strong preference for candidates who can generate profiles through free sourcing methods
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR discussions
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines, follow-ups and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closures against assigned hiring requirements
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring positions
What We’re Looking For✔ 1+ year of relevant recruitment experience
✔ Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
✔ Good communication and follow-up abilities
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
✔ Hands-on experience with organic/unpaid candidate sourcing preferred
