Job Description

We are looking for an Import Export Assistant to support our day-to-day import and export operations. The candidate will be responsible for basic documentation, data entry, coordination, and maintaining records related to shipments and orders.


Responsibilities


  • Assist with import and export documentation
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and shipment records
  • Enter and update order and shipment details
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, and other parties
  • Track shipments and maintain delivery records
  • Handle basic computer, email, and documentation work
  • Support the team with day-to-day import/export activities
