Inside Sales Executive

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for Medawk Expo Private Limited.

The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, making calls, explaining our Import Export training and consultancy services, regular follow-up, and converting interested leads into paid students/clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call incoming leads and understand their requirements
• Explain Import Export training and consultancy services clearly
• Follow up with interested leads through phone and WhatsApp
• Convert leads into paid students/clients
• Maintain daily calling, follow-up and conversion records
• Update lead status in CRM / Google Sheet
• Coordinate with the internal admin and training team
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Handle client queries professionally

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales or lead conversion preferred
• Ability to close leads and achieve targets
• Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp follow-up
• Gujarati and Hindi / English communication required
• Basic English understanding preferred
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
