Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
- Understand clients’ financial goals and insurance requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Explain life insurance products, benefits, features, premiums, and policy terms to customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their financial needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective business development strategies.
- Handle policy renewals, customer servicing, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Assist customers with policy-related queries, claims, and other service requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and convert leads into business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records and provide regular business reports.
