**Job Summary:**

Delphin Energy Private Limited is looking for skilled and motivated ITI Fitters to join our production and manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and welding metal components for machinery and construction applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret blueprints, and a commitment to precision and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*  Assemble, fit, and weld various metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.

*  Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.

*  Perform soldering and basic electrical wiring tasks as required.

*  Operate and maintain tools and machinery safely and effectively.

*  Ensure all finished products meet quality and precision standards.

*  Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

*  **Education:** ITI in Fitter trade or 10th Pass with relevant skills.

*  **Experience:** Freshers are encouraged to apply.

*  **Skills:**

  *  Proficient in Fitter skills

  *  Soldering

  *  Basic Electrical wiring

*  **Gender:** All genders are welcome to apply.

*  **Industry Preference:** Candidates from the Energy & Power industry are preferred.

**Salary and Benefits:**

*  **Salary:** ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month (Fixed).
