• Provide Accurate Pricing: Explain prices based on daily gold rates, gross/net weight, wastage, and making charges.
• Offer Personalised Recommendations: Help customers select jewellery for weddings, festivals, gifting, and daily wear.
• Promote Gold Savings Schemes: Explain available schemes and encourage customer enrolments.
• Drive Sales: Recommend matching jewellery, chains, earrings, and other complementary products to increase sales.
• Build Customer Relationships: Provide excellent service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Contribute to store sales goals while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
