Kitchen Helper

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-Time (Split Shift / Regular Shift) (10 hours total)

Salary: 13000 - 16,000 per month

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and energetic Kitchen Helper to join our cloud kitchen, WRAP'D. If you have a passion for food, a strong willingness to learn, and take pride in keeping things clean, we want you!

Resposibilities:

Simple Line Cooking & Assembly: Assist in assembling wraps, preparing simple line orders, and handling final packaging as guided.

Mise en Place: Keep the cooking station ready with chopped veggies, sauces, and raw materials before peak order hours (Core preps and marinades will be handled by the chef/owner).

Kitchen Cleaning: Maintain absolute cleanliness of the kitchen platform, floors, and storage areas throughout the shift. 

Dishwashing: Regularly wash, dry, and systematically store cooking utensils, pans, and containers.

हमें हमारे क्लाउड किचन WRAP'D के लिए एक ईमानदार, मेहनती और फुर्तीले किचन हेल्पर की जरूरत है। अगर आप काम सीखने के लिए तैयार हैं, समय के पक्के हैं और साफ-सफाई से काम करना पसंद करते हैं, तो हमारे पास आपके लिए सही जगह है!

पहले से काम का अनुभव होना जरूरी नहीं है (Freshers Welcomed)। किचन के ओनर/शेफ आपको खुद सारा काम सिखाएंगे।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Responsibilities):

• रैप्स बनाना और पैकेजिंग (Line Cooking & Assembly): शेफ के बताए अनुसार रैप्स (Wraps) को असेंबल करना, आर्डर तैयार करने में मदद करना और खाने को अच्छे से पैक करना।
• तैयारी का काम (Mise en Place): आर्डर का समय शुरू होने से पहले कटी हुई सब्जियां, सॉस और बाकी सामान को शेफ के पास तैयार रखना (मुख्य तैयारी और मैरिनेशन शेफ खुद करेंगे)।
• किचन की सफाई (Kitchen Cleaning): अपनी शिफ्ट के दौरान किचन के प्लेटफॉर्म, फर्श और सामान रखने की जगह को पूरी तरह साफ रखना।
• बर्तन धोना (Dishwashing): किचन के बर्तनों, पैन और डिब्बों को समय-समय पर धोना, सुखाना और उनकी सही जगह पर रखना।

योग्यता और शर्तें (Requirements):

• समय के पक्के (Punctuality): रोज सही समय पर ड्यूटी पर आना जरूरी है।
• साफ-सफाई (Hygiene): खुद को साफ रखना, नाखून कटे होना और काम के समय हेयरनेट/ग्लव्स पहनना जरूरी है।
• सीखने की इच्छा: काम सीखने और मेहनत से करने का अच्छा नजरिया होना चाहिए।
