Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Lash & Skin Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a professional who takes deep pride in precision lash treatments, clean brow shaping, and elevated skin treatments. You will work closely with our founders, delivering tailored treatments while maintaining our clinical safety protocols and consultation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lash Architecture: Perform classic, hybrid, and tailored volume lash extension applications with immaculate precision, correct weight-to-lash ratios, and strict eye safety.
- Brow Definition & Facial Care: Execute gentle brow threading and deliver tailored, skin-first facials following internal SOPs.
- Consultation & Client Care: Conduct structured client consultations to analyse lash health, skin condition, and client expectations prior to every service.
- Sanitisation & Lounge Order: Maintain clinical-grade sterilisation of instruments, lash tiles, and treatment suites before and after every appointment.
- Aftercare Education: Clearly guide clients through home maintenance routines, retention protocols, and recommended retail care.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in lash extension application.
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination, steady hands, and fine attention to detail.
- Reassuring, calm demeanour with clear, professional communication skills.
- A strong commitment to hygiene, client safety, and continuous professional growth.
- Willingness to adopt Pretty & Primped's proprietary consultation frameworks and safety standards.
