Job Description

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of conventional lathe machine operations.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of machining tools, inserts, and cutting parameters.
  • Good knowledge of measuring instruments.
  • Understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish.
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good attention to detail and quality consciousness.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, if required.


Qualification:

  • ITI – Turner / Machinist / Fitter preferred.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with relevant practical experience may also be considered.


Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in conventional lathe operation .


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • A technically skilled, disciplined, safety-conscious, and quality-focused candidate with hands-on experience in lathe machining and the ability to produce components accurately as per drawings and production requirements.
