Job SummaryWe are looking for a Lead Generation Executive with strong English communication and experience in lead generation, relationship management, and business development support.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, databases, and other platforms.
- Conduct market and company research to identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain accurate lead/prospect databases.
- Handle client/prospect follow-ups and relationship coordination.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain lead data and activity records using Excel/CRM.
- Support the Business Development team in achieving lead-generation targets.
- Skills RequiredMinimum 2 years of experience in Relationship Management, Lead Generation, Business Development Support, or Client Coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills – Mandatory.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Strong internet research and data-management skills.
- Ability to prepare professional business proposals and presentations.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Target-oriented with strong attention to detail.
