Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (IST) (Night Shift)


✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Identify active US job seekers using LinkedIn
  • Perform manual and personalized LinkedIn outreach
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English
  • Understand candidate intent and willingness to invest in job-search services
  • Pre-qualify candidates before sharing
  • Maintain basic tracking of outreach and responses


Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales / LinkedIn Outreach
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting
  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to identify serious vs non-serious leads
  • Comfortable working with international (US-based) profiles
  • Honest, disciplined, and process-driven mindset
