Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for a Legal Executive to handle property documentation and registration for buyers at Laxmi
Eternia. You'll guide each buyer from booking through registration, working closely with our legal team and
project manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Coordination
• Contact buyers to complete their sale deed, and explain the documentation and registration process step
by step
• Coordinate with buyers to pay stamp duty and registration fees on time
• Follow up on pending documents and schedule registration appointments
2. Documentation and Registration
• Draft rent agreements, Agreements to Sell (ATS) and sale deeds
• Do the Public Data Entry (PDE) on the Garvi portal and book appointments with the Sub-Registrar
• Attend registration at the Sub-Registrar office and complete the process
• Coordinate with buyers and banks on mortgage and home-loan documents
3. Records and Reporting
• Scan all executed and registered documents and upload the scanned copies to the ERP
• Keep complete, up-to-date records of every unit's documentation, payment and registration status
• Coordinate daily with the legal team and the manager, and share regular status updates
