Legal Manager-Loan Against Property-Hardship Assistance Unit
- Responsible for managing legal aspects related to Loan Against Property within the Hardship Assistance Unit. - Oversee compliance and regulatory requirements pertinent to loan documentation and legal processes. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal risk mitigation and adherence to banking laws. - Provide expert legal advice and support for loan recovery and hardship cases. - Handle documentation review, drafting, and negotiation related to secured loans. - Ensure timely resolution of legal issues to support loan disbursal and recovery processes. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and banking regulations. - Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary to manage litigation or legal disputes. - Support the bank’s risk management through effective legal oversight in loan operations. - Contribute to policy formulation and implementation within the legal framework of loan products.Job role
