Legal Manager_Loan Against Property-Hardship Assistance Unit_Ahmedabad
- Responsible for managing legal aspects related to Loan Against Property within the Hardship Assistance Unit. - Oversee legal compliance and documentation to mitigate risks associated with loan processing. - Coordinate with internal teams and external legal entities to ensure smooth handling of legal matters. - Provide expert legal advice to support loan recovery and hardship assistance initiatives. - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all legal proceedings. - Handle dispute resolution and legal documentation review related to property loans. - Support the bank’s efforts in maintaining legal integrity and minimizing financial risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting loan against property products. - Assist in training and guiding junior legal staff or associates as required.Job role
