Job Description
• Coordinate with our DSA partners to collect complete loan files and follow up on pending documents
• Check every file before submission - KYC, ITR, GST, bank statements, financials, property papers
• Proof-read for missing pages, wrong figures, dates and signatures
• Log in files with banks and NBFCs and track them till sanction and disbursement
• Follow up with bankers on queries and keep partners updated on status
• Assist in preparing CMA data and project reports (training provided)
Who We’re Looking For
• 1 - 3 years in a DSA, bank or NBFC - documentation, credit support or back-office
• Basic understanding of working capital (CC/OD), business loans, machinery loans, LAP and home loans
• Comfortable reading financial documents
• Good English, presentable, good on phone and follow-ups
• Basic Excel, Word, email, WhatsApp
