Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily dispatches, deliveries, and transportation activities.

  • Coordinate with customers, transporters, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain dispatch and delivery records.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate loading, unloading, and material movement.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and other logistics documents.
  • Maintain daily logistics reports and update records in Excel.
  • Follow up with transporters regarding delivery schedules.
  • Resolve delivery and transportation-related issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely dispatch of materials.

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation.
  • Good command of MS Excel.
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
