Marketing Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing activities for our cinema business. The candidate will be responsible for promoting movies, increasing footfall, developing local marketing initiatives, managing promotional activities, and supporting the overall business growth.

The role will also involve handling other marketing and business-related responsibilities as assigned by the Director/Management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing activities to increase cinema footfall, ticket sales, and revenue.
• Develop and implement local marketing campaigns for movie releases, offers, events, and special screenings.
• Coordinate with local businesses, schools, colleges, corporates, and other organizations for promotional tie-ups.
• Manage and promote offers, schemes, events, and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities, including promotional content and campaigns.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and promotional activities.
• Explore new marketing opportunities to improve the cinema's visibility and customer reach.
• Maintain regular follow-up with business partners, vendors, and promotional associates.
• Prepare basic marketing reports and provide updates on campaign performance to management.
• Ensure all marketing activities are executed within the approved budget and timelines.
• Assist in branding, promotional displays, banners, standees, and other marketing materials.
• Handle any other business, marketing, or operational work assigned by the Director/Management.
• Candidate ProfileGraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, business development, or the entertainment/cinema industry will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Creative approach towards marketing and promotional activities.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities, if required.
