Marketing Manager

No Next is a growing men’s fashion brand with 50+ stores across India. We are looking for an organised and creative person to coordinate our marketing, social media, campaign planning and design requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and maintain the monthly Instagram and marketing content calendar

• Coordinate fashion campaigns, product shoots, store launches and festive promotions

• Write clear briefs for designers, photographers, editors and influencers

• Manage Instagram posting, captions, stories, comments and basic community engagement

• Coordinate with influencers, request quotations and follow up on deliverables

• Organise campaign files, references, approvals, deadlines and final creatives

• Create basic designs in Canva and make simple reel/video edits

• Research fashion trends, competitor campaigns and new content ideas

• Coordinate with No Next stores to collect photographs, videos and promotional requirements

• Prepare simple weekly reports on content performance and ongoing marketing work

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, content or creative coordination

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories and current content formats

• Good visual taste, especially for fashion and lifestyle brands

• Comfortable using Canva and basic video-editing applications

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI-based design or editing tools

• Good written English and clear communication skills

• Strong follow-up, organisation and deadline-management ability

• Able to manage freelancers, influencers and multiple ongoing assignments

• Must share previous work, Instagram pages, designs, reels or campaign examples

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Meta Business Suite and paid-ad experience will be considered an advantage.
