Job Description

Hiring Commis 1/2/3 with experience in North Indian and Tandoor cooking.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Rumali Roti, Tandoori Roti, Naan, Paratha and other Indian breads.
  • Prepare North Indian gravies, curries and tandoori items.
  • Handle cutting, chopping and mise en place.
  • Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Follow FIFO and food safety standards.

Job Details:

  • Salary: As per experience
  • Duty: 10 hours/day
  • Holidays: 4 days/month
  • Food & Accommodation: Provided
  • Overtime: As per company policy
