7. Provide guidance and support to injured employees throughout the return to work process, including facilitating accommodations and rehabilitation.

8. Conduct external healthcare providers and specialists to ensure employees receive appropriate medical care and treatment.

9. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.

10 Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills to identify and address potential health and safety risks.
