Office Sales Representetive

1. Client Follow-Up: Online client meeting with all prospective clients who have already completed their first site visit and understand their interest in the property.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with prospective buyers and build strong relationships.
3. Query Handling: Address customer questions regarding project details, pricing, payment plans, availability, and booking procedures.
4. Lead Conversion: Convince interested clients to proceed with the property booking and support the sales closure process.
5. Coordination for Home Visit: Encourage potential buyers to schedule a home visit or meeting with the sales team at their place
6. Sales Coordination: Coordinate with site sales executives and managers regarding customer feedback and booking status.
7. CRM Management: Update customer interactions, follow-up remarks, lead status, and next follow-up dates in CRM software.
8. Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from clients after their initial site visit and identify reasons for hesitation or delay.
9. Manage SC team & their Target Achievement: Manage Sales Coordinator Work towards achieving follow-up & revisit target
10. Daily Reporting: Prepare daily reports of calls made, interested clients, scheduled revisits, and booking conversions.
