Job Summary:

As an Operation Executive at Dermatouch, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the e-commerce business. You will coordinate with various departments like inventory, logistics, customer service, and vendors to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage order processing, packaging, and shipping of products from the warehouse.

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for stock replenishment.

Handle returns, replacements, and damaged product processes.

Maintain accurate records of operations and generate daily/weekly reports.

Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve order-related issues.

Ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.

Use e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart) to manage product listings, orders, and inventory.

Assist in improving operational workflows and reducing errors/delays.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, Operations, or related field.

 experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data handling.
