Job Title: Operations Executive – Backend Operations (Solar Industry)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage backend operations and coordinate solar project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage solar project documentation and data entry.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, and installation teams.
  • Track order processing, file status, and project progress.
  • Maintain customer records and update MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of operational activities.
  • Handle follow-ups and resolve backend process-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • 1–3 years of experience in backend operations or coordination (solar industry preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
