Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Executive

Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Executive to manage our daily inventory, product packing, and transport operations. [1] In this role, you will ensure that all incoming and outgoing materials are accurately tracked, safely packed, and dispatched efficiently to meet delivery timelines. [1]

Key Responsibilities

1. Material Packing & Dispatch

• Oversee the safe packing of finished goods and materials to prevent damage during transit. [1]
• Verify packing lists against physical items before sealing shipments. [1]
• Label all packages accurately with shipping addresses, handling instructions, and barcodes. [1]
• Optimize packaging materials to reduce costs while ensuring product safety. [1]

2. Stock & Inventory Management

• Maintain real-time inventory records using our internal stock management system (ERP/WMS). [1]
• Perform regular stock counts (physical verification) and reconcile discrepancies. [1]
• Manage incoming shipments by unloading, inspecting, and systematically shelving goods. [1]
• Ensure proper storage of materials according to safety and quality standards. [1]

3. Transport & Fleet Coordination

• Coordinate with transport vendors and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to arrange vehicles. [1]
• Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills. [1]
• Track shipments in transit and proactively communicate delays to internal teams. [1]
• Negotiate freight rates and monitor transporter performance to ensure cost-efficiency. [1]

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, packing, or logistics coordination. [1]
• Education: High school diploma, graduate degree, or diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics. [1]
• Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel is mandatory; experience with Tally or ERP software is a major plus). [1]
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy packages when required. [1]
• Core Skills: Strong organizational abilities, time management, and a high attention to detail. [1]
