- Assist patients and attendants with their queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, insurance, and other departments.
- Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect and maintain patient feedback.
- Ensure smooth coordination throughout the patient journey.
- Maintain records and prepare reports related to patient feedback and grievances.
- 🎓 Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
