### Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and hardworking candidates to join Blinkit as Picker / Packers. The role involves picking, packing, sorting, and storing products in the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely order processing. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their careers in warehouse and supply chain operations.

### Key Responsibilities

- Pick products from the designated storage locations as per customer orders.

- Pack and label products accurately before dispatch.

- Check product quality, quantity, and expiry dates wherever applicable.

- Maintain proper storage and organization of inventory.

- Ensure products are placed in their correct locations.

- Update stock records and product details as required.

- Process incoming goods and maintain accurate inventory records.

- Follow warehouse safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

- Coordinate with team members to complete daily operational tasks on time.

- Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the warehouse.

### Job Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Below 10th Pass.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Ability to read basic product labels and follow instructions.

- Good organizational skills and time management.

- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and rotational shifts, as required.

- Ability to work in a team and meet daily operational targets.

- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
