Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a product pod being deployed for Adani Airports.

- Position: Product Manager
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Client / Project: Adani Airports
- Employment: Full-time / Project Deployment
- Expected Onboarding: 25 October 2026
- Salary Budget: ₹1.5–₹1.7 lakh per month (approximately ₹18–₹20.4 LPA)
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and requirements based on business value.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery teams.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage business sign-off.
- Develop adoption plans to ensure successful product implementation and usage.
- Understand airport terminal operations, airline customer experience, retail operations, and digital customer journeys.
- Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and measurable outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
✅ 10+ years of overall experience, with relevant Product Management experience.
✅ Strong experience in backlog ownership and prioritization.
✅ Expertise in BRDs, user stories, and UAT sign-off.
✅ Experience in product adoption planning and stakeholder management.
✅ Domain exposure to airports, airlines, customer experience, large-format retail, or digital products.
✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
