Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Production & Service Engineer – Fresher to handle both production-related and service activities for solar equipment. The candidate will primarily work from the warehouse and may also visit customer/project sites for service and technical support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day production and operational activities in the warehouse.
• Check, test and prepare solar equipment and materials as per requirements.
• Assist in assembly, product checking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Inspect products and identify basic technical issues.
• Assist senior engineers with installation, servicing and troubleshooting.
• Visit customer/project sites for service and technical support when required.
• Handle basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, service and other internal teams.
• Maintain production, service and material-related records.
• Prepare basic service reports and daily activity reports.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of solar equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and work instructions.
• Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of Electrical / Mechanical concepts.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in both warehouse and field environments.
• Willingness to travel to customer/project sites when required.
• Responsible, hardworking and team-oriented.

EligibilityFreshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with a Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics / BSC in Physics / (B.Voc) in Renewable Energy are preferred.
