Job Description

Production Engineer – CNC/VMC

Experience: 3–6 Years

CTC: ₹4.5–6 LPA

Department: Production

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily CNC/VMC production and shop-floor operations.
  • Plan production, machine loading, and manpower allocation.
  • Manage operators, shifts, and production targets.
  • Monitor output, rejection, rework, downtime, and productivity.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores.
  • Update ERP, production reports, and MIS.
  • Ensure 5S, safety, quality, and smooth production flow.

Required Skills:

  • 3–6 years of CNC/VMC production experience.
  • Production planning and manpower handling experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP, MIS, engineering drawings, and machining processes.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
