Job Description

Production Supervisor – Electronics / SMT l Exp 2 to 4 Yrs

Industry: Electronic Security & Fire Alarm Systems

Work Location: Gota, Ahmedabad

Working Days and timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000–₹32,000 per month

Job Type: Full Time | Work from factory

 

💼 Job Role:

We are looking for a hands-on SMT & Production Supervisor to manage our electronics production activities and a small team of members. The role combines SMT programming, production supervision, team handling, material coordination and on-time dispatch responsibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, modify and manage SMT programs.
  • Handle/supervise Pick & Place, Reflow, Paste Printer and related SMT processes.
  • Troubleshoot SMT and production issues.
  • Train and guide production staff.
  • Plan daily production and allocate work.
  • Coordinate assembly, soldering, mechanical and hardware testing activities.
  • Monitor material availability and coordinate requirements with Purchase.
  • Ensure quality and timely completion/dispatch of orders.
  • Escalate production, material or technical issues promptly.


Requirements

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Electronics / ECE / Electrical.
  • 2–4 years' experience in SMT / Electronics Manufacturing / PCB Assembly.
  • Strong hands-on SMT programming experience.
  • Knowledge of Pick & Place, Reflow and PCB assembly.
  • Team handling/training experience preferred.
  • Good troubleshooting and production planning skills.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working hands-on on the production floor.
  • Basic computer knowledge required


Salary

  • In-Hand Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
  • Plus, Monthly Attendance and Performance Bonus (Up to ₹ 1500)
  • Plus, Annual Retention Bonus (up to ₹ 6000)
