Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Search for potential suppliers and manufacturers online.
· Collect supplier details and maintain supplier databases.
· Assist the sourcing team in collecting quotations and comparing prices.
· Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
· Track order status regularly and coordinate with suppliers to avoid delays.
· Follow up with suppliers for sample preparation, dispatch, and timely delivery.
· Maintain order and sample tracking records in MS Excel.
· Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery-related issues.
· Assist with daily documentation and other back-office activities.
Eligibility:
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computers.
· Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
