Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders.
- Monitor delivery timelines and follow up with vendors to avoid delays.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure requirements are met on time.
- Vendor Management
- Identify and evaluate new vendors for quality and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to benefit the café.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term supply stability.
- Payment & Analysis
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Track purchase costs and prepare monthly expenditure reports.
- Analyze purchase trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- GRN (Goods Receipt Note) & Documentation
- Verify goods received against purchase orders and specifications.
- Maintain GRN logs and reconcile with vendor invoices.
- Ensure compliance with inventory and accounting standards
