Job Description
Sell residential properties in Ahmedabad market
- Ensure achievement of maximum revenue sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
- Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices
- Provide advisory/consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms
- Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls
