• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and build relationships with potential buyers, investors, landowners, and developers.
• Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable real estate options.
• Handle sales of residential properties, commercial spaces, plots, and lands.
• Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and project presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and channel partners.
• Negotiate deals and coordinate with clients until successful closure.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client network.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Who Can Apply?Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in real estate, sales, marketing, or business development will have an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
• Basic knowledge of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar real estate markets is an advantage.
