Job Description
We are looking for Graduates (any stream) who are interested in working with a professional Property Valuation Firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits for different types of properties (Flats, Shops, Land, etc.).
- Verify property details with supporting documents (area, ownership, approvals, etc.).
- Collect and record accurate on-site information.
- Assist in preparing property valuation reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (freshers may also apply).
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Good observation and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of property/real estate will be an added advantage.
