Job Description
Responsibilities
· Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and channel partners to drive business for
Zatpat Loans across home loans, mortgage loans, construction finance,
inventory finance, and allied products.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, builders,
and financial institutions to ensure a consistent and high-quality business
pipeline.
· Source,evaluate, and process loan applications while ensuring accuracy in
documentation and adherence to company and lender guidelines.
· Coordinate closely with credit, operations, and lender partners to ensure timely
sanctioning and disbursement of loan cases.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion,
relationship management, and cross-selling of financial products.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and partners to track application status,
resolve queries, and improve conversion ratios.
· Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, networking, and referrals
to expand the customer base.
· Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide
actionable insights and improve sales strategies.
· Ensure proper maintenance of client data, pipeline tracking, and activity updates in
CRM systems.
· Uphold portfolio quality by coordinating with collections and ensuring minimal
delinquencies.
· Represent Zatpat Loans professionally in client meetings, partner interactions, and
networking events to strengthen brand presence and trust.
Requisite Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, finance, or a related field.
· Proven experience in sales/service within financial services, loans, cards, banking,
NBFC, or related sectors.
· Ability and experience in leading a sales team and driving target achievement.
· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and with a team, and travel within the assigned
territory on a regular basis.
· Goal-oriented mindset with strong focus on revenue generation, conversion, and relationship
management.
· Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel-based reporting, and sales funnel management.
