Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.

Generate business through new customer acquisition, referrals, and cross-selling.

Explain insurance products such as term plans, savings plans, ULIPs, and protection plans.

Handle customer queries, documentation, policy issuance, and after-sales service.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
