Job Description

Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth restaurant service.

Lead, train, and supervise service staff.

Ensure an excellent guest experience and quick resolution of complaints.

Monitor table service, cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant standards.

Monitor sales, upselling, and service performance.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Casual Dining / QSR / Restaurant operations.

Good communication, leadership, and team-handling skills.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
