Sales Co-ordinator

Job Summary:The Sales Co-ordinator will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing client accounts, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the sales department. This role plays a crucial part in achieving the sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales representative.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records (CRM).
• Assist in preparing regular sales reports and tracking KPIs.
• Follow up with clients on order status, payments, and feedback.
• Schedule and organize meetings, demos, and calls for the sales team.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team.
• Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support the marketing team during promotions, trade shows, and campaigns.
