Sales Engineer

Designation: Sales Engineer[Distribution Segment]

Location’s: Ahmedabad,

Department: Sales (Distribution Vertical)

Reporting to:General Manager

Salary: 6.50 LPA

Roles &Responsibilities:

• To Prospect, develop and to generate orders from the existing & new customers and dealers forthe

assigned territory.

• Successful Closure of Orders as per the monthly plan with clearly defined targets in line with the Company’s

policies.

• Smooth Order execution as per order terms in coordination with the Backoffice team

• Pre-sales follow such as Customer details that is required for master data creation as requested by the

Backoffice team, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if any, any purchase agreements to be completed in a

timely manner

• Post Sales Follow-up - Collection of payments

• To co-ordinate fortimely resolving Customer Complaints along with the Factory, Backoffice Team

• To prepare monthly customer contact plan for both Direct & MRO Segment and get it approved from Head

Sales and executing the same.

• Obtaining regularfeedback from the market and updating the same to the reporting officer.

• To ensure that the existing customer(s) are satisfied, queries are properly addressed and to maintain

the reputation of the company.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS – FUNCTIONAL

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales domain wherein handling the industrial transmission products such as

preferably Industrial Chains, consumables - Bearing, Gears, belts, cutting tools, Power transmission segment

etc.

• Must have Industrial related Products sales exposure.

• Qualification in Diploma Graduates/ Engineering graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Automobile

• Knowledge of Sales Processes, Commercial terms

• Negotiation Skills

• Good Communication in English and Hindi

• Computer Literacy – MS Office (Excel & Power Point Presentations)
