N K Engineering Co. is a leading distributor of CNC & VMC cutting tools, offering a wide range of turning, milling, drilling, threading, parting, grooving, customized solutions, and turnkey projects. We provide end-to-end tooling support with the goal of improving productivity and reducing cost per component for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new customers in the CNC/VMC machining industry.

Promote and sell cutting tools & solutions to automotive, engineering, and manufacturing clients.

Provide technical product demonstrations and suggest tooling solutions based on machining requirements.

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets through field visits, meetings, and customer engagement.

Build & maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.

Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and negotiate orders.

Coordinate with internal technical & logistics team for timely delivery and service.

Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of CNC & VMC machining processes.
• Experience in cutting tools sales / industrial product sales.
• Technical aptitude with problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM usage preferred.
• Must be open for regular field visits / customer site visits.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production Engineering preferred.

Candidates with proven experience in sales of cutting tools / industrial products will be prioritized.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
