Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, visits, references, and other sources.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations to customers.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular customer and market visits as required.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, stores, dispatch, accounts, and customer service to ensure smooth order processing.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
