Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Ganesh Mobile Galaxy. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting smartphones and accessories, explaining product features and specifications, promoting ongoing offers, achieving daily and monthly sales targets, handling customer queries, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include managing product displays, maintaining store cleanliness, generating sales through upselling and cross-selling, handling customer billing when required, and ensuring proper coordination with team members. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, basic knowledge of smartphones and technology, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
