Sales Executive – Australian Solar Sales
Job Type: Full-time

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Executive to join our team and handle residential solar sales across Australia.
You will be responsible for speaking with homeowners, understanding their energy requirements, recommending suitable solar solutions, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact and communicate with residential customers across Australia
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Understand customers' electricity usage and solar requirements
- Explain solar system, battery and related product options
- Prepare and provide suitable solar proposals and quotes
- Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from enquiry to sale
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
- RequirementsPrevious experience in Australian residential solar sales is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the Australian solar market
- Good knowledge of solar PV systems and batteries
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident speaking with Australian homeowners
- Good objection-handling and closing skills
- Strong follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently
