Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and automation sectors.
Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided database.
Explain company products and automation solutions to potential clients over the phone.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Share product details, proposals, and quotations with clients via email and WhatsApp.
Follow up regularly with prospects to move opportunities toward closure.
Maintain daily call records and update the sales tracker, ERP, and CRM systems.
Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to provide customised solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the team.
Coordinate with the team and reporting manager to obtain technical details and quotations, as required.
Submit daily reports to the reporting manager.
Perform other duties assigned by management, as required.
