Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- to walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer databases and update sales reports.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support vehicle delivery and post-sales customer follow-up.
